Turbo Tap

Turbo Tap was released into the wild on in December. Turbo is a hungry cow, so we let the community feed him a little. Watching Turbo get fed copious amounts of grass has been a wild ride. Turns out, he wants more to prepare for the cold harsh winter.

We're launching a few things to ensure Turbo gets enough love and grass until he is the beefiest cow around. 

Boosts

Turbo Tap has boosts that help you grow grass faster. Each boost is tied to an app on Eclipse. Upon completing an app’s boost, a user will grow passive grass at a faster rate!  You don’t have to get every boost. Turbo will be more than happy with just a few. Of course, getting all the boosts will allow you to grow grass faster. 

Some boosts get you a 10% increase in your passive grass rate, while others get you an additional +1 grass for each tap. Boosts will be released one wave at a time.

Specific information for each boost can be found in the new “Boosts” tab on Turbo Tap.

Growing Grass

To start feeding Turbo and growing grass, get an invite code from a fellow Turbo tapper (pro tip: ask around, make frens in the Eclipse Discord). 

Grass is the lifeblood of Turbo Tap. Players can grow grass in two ways. They can either tap Turbo (mooo), or bridge assets over to Eclipse. The earlier you bridge assets over, the more grass you will grow. The more assets you bridge over, the faster your grass will grow. Always be grass maxxing. 

Here are the assets players can bridge to grow grass:

ETH: ETH, tETH, apxETH
SOL: SOL, ezSOL, jitoSOL, kySOL
TIA: TIA, stTIA
Stablecoins: USDC, USDT

To start growing grass, bridge assets using the following bridges:

ETH: app.eclipse.xyz/bridge
tETH: app.eclipse.xyz/teth
SOL, ezSOL, jitoSOL, kySOL, TIA, stTIA, USDC, USDT: usenexus.org

The goal here is simple. Grow as much grass as possible, and collectively, we will feed Turbo and make him the beefiest cow ever. Long live Turbo.
