gsvm!

Everything Eclipse Edition 7 is here! Everything Eclipse is a newsletter designed to keep you in the loop on all the great things happening within the Eclipse Ecosystem. It has been a very eventful few weeks in the Eclipse Economy, lets dig into what you may have missed.

Onchain Snapshot

The onchain growth on Eclipse doesn’t stop. We’ve surpassed 1 BILLION USD in volume on DEXs, and continue to see steady increases across many other key metrics in the ecosystem. We would be remiss to not give our beloved Turbo Tap a farewell as Turbo rides off into the sunset… but more on that soon!

Eclipse Team Q2 Offsite

As a globally distributed team, it is always special when we are all able to work together in person. Last week, the Eclipse team met in Los Angeles to co-work, meet with ecosystem teams and partners, and finetune the long-term vision for Eclipse moving forward.

Here is a message from Vijay, CEO on the future of Eclipse:

Ecosystem Spotlight

Hyperlane

Hyperlane recently announced the $HYPER airdrop.

If you’ve bridged to Eclipse on Hyperlane be sure to pre-register your wallets by April 13 to be eligible for the claim. Learn more here.

Turbo Tap

Our beloved Turbo Tap is coming to an end this week.

Turbo Tap has aided Eclipse’s growth in ways we could not have imagined. While many just see a simple tap game, Turbo Tap helped us stress test the network and prove what is possible as we pave the way for GSVM, Eclipse’s Giga Scale Virtual Machine.

We broke L2 TPS records, onboarded hundreds of thousands of users, supported ecosystem apps, and gave the Eclipse community something special to rally around. tap tap.

Turbo Tap was just a stepping stone in Eclipse’s journey, there is much more to come!

Astrol

The Astrol team keeps shipping.

Last week, during one of the worst weeks for market sentiment in recent history, they closed a $500k community sale.

Raising from the community is not easy, especially during times of economic uncertainty. Yet, Astrol did not give up on their vision to give their real users a piece of what they helped create.

Congrats to Astrol and the Eclipse community, this was a great display of strength!

Astrol also rolled out a new feature - Astroloop:

SOE

The founder of SOE, Alimo announced the SOE Interaction Leaderboard. Interactions with SOE are now tracked and converted into SOE yaps!

The SOE Agent App Hub also went live, you’ll be able to use your SOE Yaps to vote for Eclipse Ecosystem projects:

Lunar Finance

New ecosystem deployment, Lunar Finance, is now live on Eclipse! As a DEX and Bridge aggregator, Lunar Finance will ensure you’re always getting the best price on swaps:

Umbra

Umbra recently crossed $3 million in TVL. A great milestone to achieve in just over a month being live on mainnet!

Umbra also announced the Umbra Contributor Program. If you create content about the Eclipse ecosystem, be sure to check it out:

Invariant

Invariant rolled out a range of new features!

  • New Position Details Interface
  • Preview of Other Positions
  • Large Swaps Optimization

Deserialize

Werm

The Werm cash game is live!

Werm is a fun snake style game that recently moved from Solana to Eclipse.

Be sure to try it out, and join the cash game if you're feeling confident!

Scope

Limited Edition and 1/1 NFTs from the Primavera Digitale Show are now available on Scope!

This is also the debut of the Limited Edition and 1/1 feature that will allow artists more versatility in the styles of collections they can release on Eclipse.

Scope also teased a new “Pro” mode coming soon:

Eclipse Labs

Crypto has a fragmentation problem. The Eclipse Labs Research team breaks down how Eclipse can solve it in their recent blog post:
